Domestic Orders Return and Exchange Policy within Lebanon

You have 7 days to exchange or return an item and replace it for deliveries in Lebanon. Upon delivery, you may check and try on each product.  While the driver waits, you can return anything right away for free. Payments made with cash on delivery or credit cards, are only reimbursed as shop credit, by replacement . For the return to be approved, the items need to be brand-new, unworn, and in their original packing. Note that if the return is not made immediately after it has been shipped, an extra delivery fee may be applied.
Returning the items requires a receipt or email order confirmation. Gift cards cannot be returned. Free exchanges and free returns are part of our policy.

International Orders Return and Exchange Policy

The return period for orders shipped outside of Lebanon is 30 days. Return shipment, postage, and any applicable customs fees are NOT included. All paid shipping expenses are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing a package tracking number and sending it to missps1@hotmail.com. Miss Ps is not responsible for any lost packages not sent by us. Once your refund is accepted, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed. When your return is processed, you will receive an email with all additional details.
